What is DineIn?
We are a service that allows you to get food delivered from about 50 Michiana area restaurants! Place your order with our service and we will make arrangements for the restaurant to prepare it and for a driver to deliver it!
How do I order?

How much does it cost?
There is an order minimum depending on your location, usually a $10 food total. In most cases, food prices are the same as if you dine in the restaurant. A handful of our partner restaurants add up to 10% to their delivery menu prices to cover the costs of packaging and/or other delivery costs. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY OTHER MARKUPS OF REGULAR RESTAURANT PRICES. Please report any discrepancies outside of these guidelines to us so we can make the correction. The drivers charge a minimal delivery fee based on distance. The base fee is $3.49 for restaurants within a 1 mile radius of your location and it goes up by $1 for each additional linear mile.
What hours are you open?
Monday - Thursday
Breakfast orders for groups of 10 or more can be arranged if ordered before 8:00PM the night before. You may place timed orders here on the website 24/7.
Can I cancel my order?
Your order will be sent to the restaurant for preparation as soon as a driver is available to go pick it up. Many times, this is immediately, but not always. We will not send your order to the restaurant before this time because we want your order to be hot and fresh, rather than prepared and getting cold while we wait for a driver to become available. Orders can be cancelled up to the point where they have been sent to the restaurant for preparation. Please call us at (574) 675-9999 for any cancellations and we will let you know whether the order can be cancelled or if it's too late.
Do you sell drinks?
Yes! We offer cold Classic Coke, Diet Coke, A&W Root Beer, and Sprite in 12 oz. cans or 6-Packs. We also have 1/2 liter Ice Mountain bottled water. 2 liters of Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite and Sprite Zero are also available for large group orders.
Should I tip the driver?
Please remember that drivers earn a living by your appreciation of their efforts. A 15 - 20% gratuity is customary for all orders. An automatic tip is calculated as a percentage of food+tax+delivery fee will be added to any order totaling over $50 and all contact-free orders. If you're unhappy with any automatic tip, feel free to contact us to request an adjustment. The automatic tip schedule is as follows:

How may I pay?
We accept cash, American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. As of September 1, 2008, personal checks are no longer accepted. Corporate checks can be accepted with prior approval. House accounts can be setup for business accounts. Call us at (574) 675-9999 and ask for a manager if you'd like to setup a house account.
Will you accept my organization's sales tax exempt status?
Please note that prepared meals VERY RARELY qualify for a sales tax exemption. Generally speaking, only meals for events directly paid for by the non-profit organization AND directly related to fundraising are exempt. For orders that fall within these parameters, we require a current, completed and signed ST-105 form to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org and it must specify in section 2 that the purchase is for a fundraising activity or another event exempted by the state according to the state's rules and stipulations. Please contact your organization's controller for further clarification.
How long does it take?
We do our best to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, usually within 45 - 60 minutes. Please take into consideration that restaurant preparation time, weather and traffic may affect us from time to time. We gladly accept timed orders hours or days in advanced to help ensure your desired delivery time.
What is your delivery area?
The drivers accept orders going to much of the greater South Bend and Elkhart areas. For larger orders, they will go further. The easiest way to find out if your location is in one of the delivery areas is to click here and enter the address.
Do you offer printer-friendly versions of the menus?
Yes! As you browse the menus on the site, click the printer icon to print.
Why is there an extra charge on my credit card?
We do not charge your credit card twice, but depending on your card-issuing bank, it may temporarily appear as if we do. When you place an order and pay by credit card, we run an authorization only transaction against your credit card for the order total plus an additional potential tip. This amount is not a charge. It's just to hold the funds before we dispatch your order to the restaurant. When the driver arrives, you can add whatever tip you'd like and sign the credit card slip. The amount that you enter on the credit card slip is the only amount that will be charged. The original authorization will automatically fall off, sometimes immediately, or sometimes days later, depending on your bank's policy.
Note: When placing an order, you're hiring the services of a self-employed professional delivery driver. Drivers provide their own equipment, set their own hours and make their own business decisions. DineIn is a marketing and brokering service that markets restaurants and brokers orders to only the most qualified drivers.
