KL Crew Privacy Policy

KL Enterprises, Inc. built the KL Crew app to help authorized DineIn drivers view, manage, and complete delivery work. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use the KL Crew app and related services.
By using the KL Crew app, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Location Information
The KL Crew app may collect and use your device location, including approximate and precise location, when you are logged in as a driver and location tracking is enabled.
Location information may be collected while the app is open, while it is running in the background, and when needed to complete driver actions such as viewing, accepting, updating, or completing deliveries.
We use location information to operate the driver delivery service, including:
- Dispatching and coordinating deliveries
- Confirming driver availability
- Showing or recording a driver's last known location
- Verifying delivery activity
- Supporting customer service
- Improving delivery operations
- Helping protect against misuse of the Service
Location information may be sent to and stored on DineIn servers together with your driver account identifier and related delivery activity. We do not sell your location information.
You can disable location tracking in the app or through your device settings. Some driver features may not work, and driver actions may be unavailable, if location access is disabled.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the KL Crew app
- Allow drivers to manage delivery assignments
- Communicate delivery and account information
- Verify driver activity and delivery status
- Improve app functionality and reliability
- Troubleshoot bugs, crashes, and service issues
- Protect the security and integrity of the Service
- Comply with legal obligations
Third-Party Services
The KL Crew app may use third-party services that collect information used to identify you or support app functionality. These services may include:
- Google Play Services
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Google Maps services
- Location and background location service providers

Log Data
When you use the KL Crew app, and especially if an error occurs, we may collect data and information from your device called Log Data. This may include information such as your device IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, time and date of use, diagnostic data, crash reports, and other statistics.

The KL Crew app does not use cookies explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use cookies or similar technologies to collect information and improve their services.
Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals for the following reasons:
- To facilitate the Service
- To provide the Service on our behalf
- To perform Service-related services
- To help us analyze how the Service is used
- To assist with app diagnostics, maps, messaging, hosting, or delivery operations

We do not sell your personal information or location information.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the DineIn Driver app, operate delivery services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or misuse, support customer service, and comply with legal obligations.
Driver account information, delivery activity, location records, order status updates, device information, diagnostic logs, and related operational records may be retained for as long as the driver account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for business, legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it, de-identify it, or archive it in accordance with our normal business practices and applicable law.
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your personal information associated with the DineIn Driver app by contacting us at manager@dineinonline.com.
When submitting a deletion request, please include the email address, phone number, or username associated with your driver account so we can verify and process the request.
After we receive and verify your request, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your driver account unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, delivery-operation, or other legitimate business purposes.
Deleting your data may limit or prevent your ability to use the DineIn Driver app or perform driver-related services.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your information and use commercially reasonable means to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The KL Crew app or related services may contain links to other sites. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by us, and we strongly advise you to review their privacy policies. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for changes. We will notify users of changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
